Let's look at these roles through the lens of the rumble.

• How does each role help create a safe environment for a growth-oriented, spiritual rumble? 
• The roles are helpful because they'll build cooperation into the communities. That being said, everyone plays a part in each of these. Which of these do you think you'd find easiest to help with? Which would be the biggest challenge to you?

(If you've never done the Spotlight with a group, this will be kind-of challenging.)

Start by splitting into two groups, plus you'll need one (in total) note-taker/time-keeper.

• Group 1, imagine you had to explain one of the roles to someone who had never done a Spotlight. Give it a try. (All five roles are listed below for your connivence.)
• Meanwhile, Group 2, be the devil's advocate. Ask questions. Push back. Find holes in their explanation. (All five roles are listed below for your connivence.)
• At the same time, Note-taker, take notes on the best questions asked and answers given, and send them to info@illume.church. Thanks!
